Adelaide duo Rory Laird and Taylor Walker have been named in the 2022 Therabody All Australian squad of 44.

Laird enjoyed a stellar season with the Crows, averaging 33 disposals, 7.6 clearances and 8.1 tackles across 20 games this season.

In Round 18, he broke the AFL record for tackles laid in a single game with 20.

Key forward Taylor Walker, meanwhile, booted 47 goals across 18 matches.

The veteran Crow kicked multiple majors in 12 of his 18 games this year, including a season-best six against North Melbourne in Round 15.

Up from a squad of 40 in previous seasons, players are selected by a panel chaired by AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan.

The final 22-man team will be announced on Wednesday as part of the AFL Awards.
