Adelaide is set to call for nominations for the next group of participants to sit on its Member Engagement Panel after a successful first year.
The inaugural 10-person panel held its final meeting last Thursday ahead of the Club’s RAA Members' Round against North Melbourne at Adelaide Oval.
The panel was formed in June last year and held quarterly meetings with representatives from the Club’s Board and senior management to provide feedback and insights on behalf of the membership.
During their term, panel members had the opportunity to meet with Chairman John Olsen, CEO Tim Silvers, Board Director Graeme Goodings, along with the executive team, coaches and football staff.
The panel was consulted on a range of topics and helped shape decision-making regarding stadium and match-day experience, mobile membership and ticketing, exclusive digital content, merchandise and the Club’s community programs.
Crows Chairman John Olsen thanked the inaugural panel members, adding they played an important role and influenced operational decisions.
“I would like to formally acknowledge the contribution of all participants on the Member Engagement Panel and the insights they provided over the past year,” Olsen said.
“Members are the backbone of any sporting organisation and this panel reflected a wide representation of our supporter base, encompassing different membership categories, age profiles and geographic locations.
“As a Club we would like to thank them for their passion, time and energy, and we look forward to welcoming the next group of Members who will take the panel forward.”
Panel members can serve one 12-month term before making way for other interested members.
Details about the nomination process will be available in coming weeks with the new group to be in place by the end of the year.
