Adelaide has made three changes to its side set to face Collingwood at Adelaide Oval on Saturday afternoon.
Shane McAdam returns after overcoming an ankle injury sustained against North Melbourne in Round 15.
Mitch Hinge has been named on the wing after a week off due to health and safety protocols.
Lachlan Murphy, who served as a travelling emergency against Hawthorn in Round 17, rounds out the inclusions.
Matt Crouch, Jackson Hately and James Rowe have been omitted.
“We are taking a different look at the dynamic of the midfield and we have decided to make a change,” Crows Head of Football Adam Kelly said.
“It is a tough call as Matt was very solid last week and Jacko has played some good footy at AFL level across the past 11 games.
“The same can be said for Rowey and he has certainly improved in his second season.
“We have strong player availability at the moment and a SANFL team that is performing well so there is competition for spots.”
Ben Davis, Elliott Himmelberg, Rowe and Hately have been named on the emergency list with one to be confirmed as the medical substitute one hour before the game.
Adelaide will take on Collingwood at Adelaide Oval on Saturday at 1.15pm.
