Crows SANFL development player Matthew Johncock has been nominated for the SANFL Mark of the Year.
Johncock, the first cousin of 227-game Crow Graham, hauled down a classic screamer during Adelaide's Round 10 clash with SANFL Grand Finalists Woodville-West Torrens.
The athletic 21-year-old soared on the last line of defence, using teammate Luke Carey and Eagles spearhead Michael Wundke as a springboard to claim the contender.
It was only Johncock's fourth game of League football after he made his SANFL debut with Adelaide in Round Seven's SANFL Showdown in Balaklava.
Former winner Taite Silverlock of West Adelaide and South Adelaide forward Brett Eddy are the other Mark of the Year nominees.
Central District pair Justin Hoskin and Wayne Milera are vying with West Adelaide’s Aaron Anderson for the SANFL's Goal of the Year title.
Voting is now open on the official SANFL smartphone app.
Eddie Betts has also been nominated for the AFL's Goal of the Year title.
