Free AFL Record to help Gladstone
The AFL Record will be ‘free’ this Saturday for fans attending the Crows and Carlton match at AAMI Stadium.
But supporters who take a copy are asked instead to make a gold coin donation in support of the "Footy for Gladstone appeal".
The AFL and the AFL Record are delighted to be able to support the appeal by providing 30,000 copies of the AFL Record for free.
Funds raised will help the families devastated by the factory blast at Gladstone this month. The explosion killed two players and a senior committeeman of the Southern Flinders Football Club and left others with serious injuries.
Flags will remain at half-mast and there will be a minute's silence before the Adelaide-Carlton game.
