Two Crows battle for SANFL glory
The SANFL Grand Final will see two Crows battle each other for the ultimate glory in season 2011.
Rookie Ian Callinan will start in the forward pocket for the favourites Central District, who are aiming for their 10th premiership in 12 attempts.
A veteran of four Premierships with the Bulldogs, Callinan won last year’s Jack Oatey Medal for best afield in the Grand Final.
Luke Thompson is playing in his first SANFL decider with the Eagles and has been named on the half back flank.
Thompson played with the Eagles in last year’s finals series but fell just short in the Preliminary final against Norwood.
The game starts at 3.20pm at AAMI Stadium, with Norwood and Glenelg playing in the Reserves Grand Final from 12.00pm.
