Adelaide’s players have been making the most of their off-season, using the time to see family, recharge and hit the gym.

While many made their way up to Queensland, plenty stayed around the great state of South Australia to enjoy the best of what our local shores have to offer.

Captain Rory Sloane, his wife Belinda and youngsters Sonny and Bodhi have been making the most of precious time together, making their way down the coast to holiday in Robe.

Riley Thilthorpe, Brayden Cook and Walker used their off-season to connect with Indigenous culture, joined by Wayne Milera and Tariek Newchurch.

The group spent time in Adnyamathanha country (Port Augusta and the Flinders Ranges), learning about the Adnyamathanha people’s connection to their land and rules for living.

Forward Shane McAdam was able to get home to Halls Creek, a remote town in Western Australia’s East Kimberley region, to spend time with friends and family.

Crows No. 25 Ned McHenry was also busy during the off-season, penning a new two-year deal with the Club.

Lucindale’s own Darcy Fogarty spent some quality time at the farm - and whipped out an impressive skill.

And American football fanatics Tom Doedee, Brodie Smith, Andy McPherson and Murphy joined forces (and dressed up) to commemorate the NFL Fantasy Draft.

While the off-season is technically the players’ time off, that doesn’t mean the Crows have stepped away from the gym.

The music has been pumping almost every day at West Lakes as the boys continue to train hard through the break.
