A hard-working midfielder, Marinoff was Adelaide’s first pick at the inaugural AFLW Draft in 2016. She was one of the standouts in the inaugural AFLW season in 2017, earning All-Australian honours and claiming the NAB Rising Star award. She followed it up in the second year, leading the competition for tackles with 82. Since then, Marinoff has become one of the best players in the competition, with a list of accolades that include being a a triple Premiership player (2017, 2019, 2022 Season Six), dual Club Champion (2021, 2023), Showdown Medallist (2024) and AFL CA AFLW Champion Player of the Year (2024).
In 2024, Marinoff was named Crows Co-Captain alongside Sarah Allan, added a seventh All-Australian blazer to her resume and was crowned the AFLW Best and Fairest, following a career-best campaign, which included averaging a competition-high 30.4 disposals, 12.4 tackles, 26.4 pressure acts and 6.3 inside 50s during the minor rounds.
