The Adelaide Football Club today held its Crows Junior Fun Day, with several hundred excited fans turning out to Max Basheer Reserve to enjoy a range of activities and watch their favourite players train.

Following the open training session, fans enjoyed the chance to meet the team and grab an autograph and photo.

Speaking to afc.com.au following the Crows Junior Fun Day, Brad Symes said it was a fantastic day for both players and the supporters.

“It’s great for the little ones to get out. I didn’t expect to see so many here, but we’d have to have several hundred people out here today.

“We had three hours of solid training and then signed a few autographs to finish off, so it’s been a good day,” Symes said.

New senior coach, Brenton Sanderson, praised the hundreds of fans who turned out to show their support at Thursday’s training.

“There was a brilliant atmosphere out on the track thanks to the many fans who attended today’s open session,” Sanderson said.

“It was great to see so many excited kids and parents at the end of the session.”
