The Adelaide Football Club welcomes Senator Don Farrell as its latest Club Ambassador.

Senator Farrell was first elected to Senate in 2007 and serves as Shadow Minister for Sport and Tourism, Shadow Special Minister of State and Shadow Minister Assisting the Leader of the Opposition.

He lives in Adelaide with his wife Nimfa and, when not carrying out his parliamentary duties, can be found working in his Clare Valley vineyard, spending time with his family, doting on his grandchildren and barracking for the Crows.

A passionate supporter of the Adelaide Football Club since its foundation in 1990, Senator Farrell was thrilled to be named a Club Ambassador.

“It’s a great honour to represent the people of South Australia in the Australian Parliament, and I will always work tirelessly standing up for South Australia,” Senator Farrell said.

“Being named as an ambassador of the Adelaide Football Club is also a great honour and I look forward to supporting the Crows’ good work, not only on the footy field but also in the community.”
