Crows defender Dayna Cox will play her first game of the 2021 AFLW season in Adelaide’s final minor round match against Collingwood at Norwood Oval.
The two-time premiership player has been hampered by a complicated hamstring injury throughout the season but has now completed her extensive rehabilitation.
She returned to the football field last week playing for Glenelg in the SANFLW, where she had 12 disposals and laid five tackles.
Cox comes in for Renee Forth who has been omitted.
Hannah Munyard and Chelsea Biddell are the emergencies for Sunday’s game.
Tickets are still available for the blockbuster clash, which will determine who finishes in the top-two ahead of finals.
It is Members Appreciation Round, so any Crows AFLW Member who redeems their ticket for the game will go in the running to win one of five guernseys signed by the players.
