Adelaide is continuing to respond to Members who have been impacted by new seat allocations stemming from COVID-19 restrictions at Adelaide Oval which have reduced the venue’s capacity.

Some Members may have also not received their membership packs due to delays, caused by the pandemic, in the supply chain. Importantly, the Club has now sent these people an electronic membership card via email and it can be used to gain access to the stadium, as well as providing information on seating details.

Members can also use the official Adelaide Crows app to access a digital membership card ahead of Round One against Geelong on Saturday.

All Crows reserved seat members, including Essential Crows reserved seats, will be able use their membership cards to gain access to the stadium on match day.

The Club is working over-time to address enquiries and staff have been working through the weekend to respond. Members who want to discuss the impact of any seat moves are asked to request a call back from the Member Services Team. You can submit a request here https://www.crowsmembership.com.au/RAC#/

General Admission and Essential Crow unreserved members will have access to redeem complimentary tickets via Ticketek for Round One and they have been provided priority access periods to secure their tickets this week. These Members can redeem using the barcode on their membership card or viewing their membership details here https://am.ticketmaster.com/adelaide/membershipdetails#/.
