Adelaide will soon call for nominations from Members wanting to be part of a newly-formed panel which will increase fan input into the Club’s operations.
Announced by Chairman John Olsen at the Crows’ Annual Members Meeting on Wednesday night, the 10-person Member Engagement Panel will hold regular meetings and provide insights and feedback on behalf of the membership.
The panel will also meet with coaches and relevant football department staff throughout the year as the Club forges a deeper connection with its Members.
To be chaired by one of the Club’s Member-elected Board Directors, the panel will include at least two representatives from country or regional areas and ensure adequate representation of the diverse membership base.
“The Member Engagement Panel is a significant and exciting initiative designed by the Club to ensure Members have a meaningful say as we embark on this new journey,” Olsen said.
“It is an authentic and efficient way of providing a consultation and feedback platform on an array of Club matters from membership products to engagement activities, match-day experience and communication.
“Members are the lifeblood of any sporting club and we are committed to ensuring they have a voice and one which is heard at all levels of management, including the Board of Directors and the Executive.”
To be considered for the panel, interested Members will be required to complete an online application process. Full details will be made available on the Club’s website in the coming weeks.
