Patrick Dangerfield has been appointed as a club delegate of the AFL Players Association.
Dangerfield will partner veteran Ben Rutten to represent the Crows players at the AFLPA. Each club has two delegates, who provide a link between the respective playing groups and the board of the AFLPA.
Dangerfield is one of nine new club delegates, Tom Rockliff (Brisbane Lions), Tyson Goldsack (Collingwood), David Myers (Essendon), Ben Howlett (Essendon), Tom Lonergan (Geelong), Josh Gibson (Hawthorn), Isaac Smith (Hawthorn) and Jack Trengove (Melbourne) for season 2013.
Dangerfield replaces former Crow Chris Knights, who has joined Richmond, as an Adelaide delegate.
