Hayden Skipworth has been dropped from the team with Chris Knights slotting back into the side after a week off with a shoulder strain.
Matthew Clarke, Tyson Edwards, Robert Shirley and Trent Hentschel will start on the bench while Skipworth will join Bernie Vince and Martin Mattner as emergencies.
Meanwhile, Fremantle has named an unchanged line-up. Last week, the Dockers stunned Port Adelaide at AAMI stadium with a 31-point win.
Heath Black, Steven Dodd, Shaun McManus and Paul Medhurst will start on the bench for the Dockers while Troy Cook, Daniel Gilmore and Ryan Murphy have been named as emergencies.
