The couple became engaged at the Club's café before the team began their open training session on Tuesday morning.
Ben researched when the session was due to begin and decided to bring girlfriend Samara and two friends to sit in the café waiting for the players before they took to the track.
When the team left the gym, they spotted the pair and hung around to see what Ben had to say.
He began with, “Samara, you have been my girlfriend for four years and I have always loved you…”.
With a short walk around to her chair, Ben was quickly down on one knee asking his long term girlfriend to become his wife.
The team erupted with clapping as Samara said yes and the newly engaged couple celebrated together.
