The Adelaide Football Club’s Member Service Centre has updated members and supporters on the Crows’ transition to Adelaide Oval.

The Club announced last year that all 2012 Crows season ticket holding members would be guaranteed a seat at the new world-class sporting venue.

With construction soon to commence on the inner-city stadium, more detail on member seating arrangements has been released.

Adelaide Football Club season ticket holding members will sit in the Adelaide Oval outer (new western and southern stands) with like-for-like reserved seats allocated.

Crows General Manager Supporter Services David Couch said the Club would consult with members to ensure the transition is as seamless as possible.

“The Club has processes in place to ensure members are seated together in existing groups," Couch said.

“Members will also have the opportunity to change their allocated seats in advance of the move."

The Member Service Centre has also released details on where Essential Crows members (previously AAMI Stadium Category Two) will sit at the redeveloped Oval.

“Essential Crows members will be seated in the existing Adelaide Oval Members’ Reserve Western Stand in open seating for all Crows home games,” Couch said.

Essential Crows members will also retain the option to upgrade to reserved seating as is the case of AAMI Stadium.

The Crows, who will kick-off the first round of seating allocations later this year, are committed to ongoing member communication and consultation.

“We’ll continue talking to our members to ensure they’re up to date and involved in the process,” Couch said.

The Club has already received interest from fans interested in obtaining seats at Adelaide Oval.

Couch encouraged all supporters to sign-up now while season tickets are available to avoid disappointment.

“We expect demand to increase significantly as 2014 approaches," he said.

“The best way to ensure you get a seat at Adelaide Oval is to become an Adelaide Football Club Season Ticket holding or Essential Crows member this year.”
