Adelaide will have a new website for the start of the 2012 season.
The last major redesign was four years ago but the current project is a complete rebuild, linked to the latest digital rights deal allowing AFL Media to take over production of the AFL network.
The new look for afc.com.au will be obvious when phase one is launched before round one.
However, the changes will run deeper with easier navigation, a new video platform and improved levels of social integration.
But the focus of afc.com.au will be to provide Crows fans with lots of news and information.
The recent appointment of former afl.com.au reporter Katrina Gill as Content Producer is an important part of the Crows’ push to offer our supporters extensive coverage of the team and players with an expanded mix of articles, video, audio and images.
This season, the site will host a new ‘match centre’ and revamped picture galleries, while popular features including Toyota Dream Team, Crows Tipping, Best 22 and Player of the Year all return in 2012.
