The three-day event will put 120 outstanding prospects from across the country through their paces. Participants will be tested for speed, endurance, decision making and will also take part in psychological assessments.
The testing will take place in front of recruiters and AFL coaches, who will have an opportunity to interview potential draftees.
AFL.com.au draft expert Jason Phelan has tipped several Combine Records to fall before the completion of testing on Friday.
Another 130 prospective AFL players will be tested at the State Combines around the country in the next month.
The AFL National Draft will be held on the Gold Coast on Thursday, November 22. Adelaide's first pick currently sits at No.19, but this is subject to change as a result of free agency and trade-period activity.
