Australia Post has released the Official AFL Souvenir Team Booklets for 2006 – and for the first time it is the club mascots and the football that literally take centre stage on this collectable stamp product.

Each club mascot appears on the tabs of 12 50-cent stamps within its respective club booklet which also includes four pre-paid postcards and a range of interactive features for the avid AFL fan – a recordable match draw, ladder pages, a Brownlow count page and a Grand Final scorecard.

Current club players feature prominently in each booklet via a range of action images accompanied by interesting facts and figures about the history of the club. A stylish touch for the football lover is an image of the iconic red leather Sherrin on the cover of each booklet.
