Four players shared best afield honours in Adelaide’s thrilling two-point win over Geelong at AAMI Stadium on Sunday.
Crows midfielders Richard Douglas and Rory Sloane, and influential half-back Ricky Henderson each received seven votes from coaches Brenton Sanderson and Chris Scott.
Douglas was the leading possession-getter on the ground, with 33. The in-form onballer also generated a game-high eight inside 50ms and won seven clearances. Sloane collected 27 disposals, including 11 in a dominant first quarter. He also took six marks and had six inside 50ms.
Henderson continued his impressive form in defence. The athletic utility picked up a career-best 32 possessions, nine marks and four tackles. He also effected an important spoil in the dying stages of the game, which made it into Sanderson’s Plays of the Week.
