WHEN Adelaide's Daniel Talia lines up on Greater Western Sydney's Jeremy Cameron on Sunday, Crows coach Brenton Sanderson says fans will witness one of the game's great future rivalries.

Cameron offered fans a glimpse of what he's capable of last weekend, booting four goals in the first half against Essendon and finishing with six for the match.

The 20-year-old has had an outstanding start to the season, and with 15 goals is equal sixth in the race for the Coleman Medal. Talia, the reigning NAB AFL Rising Star, was also brilliant last week, keeping Hawthorn superstar Lance Franklin goalless. His ability to read the flight of the ball is exceptional for a player of just 38 games, and he has the sixth most one percenters in the competition in 2013.

Sanderson said the duel between the game's best emerging forward and its best rising defender would be something to remember.

"Cameron v Talia would be a really juicy matchup for the fans," Sanderson said.

"We know this kid's (Cameron) got tons of raw talent and that'll be a matchup that footy purists will be looking at with a fair bit of interest."

Sanderson warned the football world to watch out for the Giants' number one forward, predicting he'd become nearly impossible to shut down once the AFL's newest franchise truly found its feet.

His height (194cm) combined with his attack on the ball already makes Cameron a genuine threat to opposition defences and, while Sanderson was in awe of the youngster, he said he rated Talia pretty highly too.

"Cameron's a star, he already is, when this side gets up and running he's going to be almost unstoppable," he said.

"We obviously rate our boy too, -'Tals' is an absolute ripper and his job last week on Franklin was just exceptional."
