Sam Kerridge has been named to play his first game in six weeks, returning via Adelaide’s SANFL side.
The midfielder/forward, who played the first 13 games of the season at AFL level before injuring a foot, will be joined by forward Lewis Johnston in the 21 to play Glenelg at Gliderol Stadium (Glenelg Oval) from 2.10pm on Saturday.
Johnston has missed more than two months of football after needing finger surgery.
Adelaide, fresh from a big win over Woodville-West Torrens on Sunday, also named development players Will Paynter, Tyson Davis-Neale and Michael O’Malley but there may be more changes to the team once the AFL side to travel to Brisbane is finalised.
Jarryd Lyons, Sam Shaw, Tom Lynch, Charlie Cameron and Matt Crouch – who all played SANFL last Sunday - were named in the AFL squad.
