Mitch Grigg booked an SANFL grand final appearance with a powerful performance for Norwood at AAMI Stadium on Saturday.
The young Crows midfielder – who missed selection in Norwood’s premiership side last year – starred with 33 possessions and nine clearances in the 56-point win over West Adelaide.
It was Grigg’s first game for Norwood in nearly two months.
Lewis Johnston was a late withdrawal from the North Adelaide side after struggling through a late training session with a sore ankle.
But the key forward may still play a part in North’s premiership chase and be available for Sunday’s preliminary final against West.
The season is over for the Eagles, who crumbled in the second half against North.
