The game day barbeque has been a tradition at AAMI Stadium for over 20 years.

This season the tradition continues with committed fans setting up their spots as the gates open to enjoy a relaxed lead up to game time.

McCormick Foods recognises the tail gate pre-match BBQs as being very much a part of the South Australian football culture and has chosen to partner with the Crows as Home Match Sponsor for this weekend’s game against St Kilda.

The McCormick team will be roving the car parks on Sunday to give out new sample packs of their Marinade in a Bag product to save football fans any mess or fuss in their BBQ preparation.

Karen Marshall from McCormick Foods Australia said the pre-match BBQs in the car park are a proud tradition at Crows home games and the McCormack Marinade in a Bag would make the BBQ meat even easier to prepare and tastier to eat.

“We hope supporters will get to see how convenient the Marinade in a Bag no-mess format can be for home match games,” Ms Marshall said

McCormick have a great range of game day activities lined up with four lucky Crows fans selected to take part in the Marinade in a Bag sack race on AAMI Stadium pre-match at 3.50pm. The four winners are Chris Reid from Paradise, Nichole Tanner from Parafield Gardens, Michelle Cogan from Largs North and Paul Jones from Magill.

The winners entered an online competition and will line up against each other for a chance to win the major prize of a captain/coach signed football, Weber Smokey Joe Charcoal BBQ and McCormick prize pack.

Before the game there will also be a Pop Up BBQ with free Honey and Soy chicken tastings on Max Basheer Reserve as well as giveaways, face painting and more in the Fan Zone located out the front of the Westpac Centre.
