Crows full back Ben Rutten will miss most of the NAB Cup after undergoing minor knee surgery.
Rutten, who had an arthroscopy to “clean out” his right knee last night, is expected to be out of football for three to four weeks.  He should resume running in a fortnight.
Adelaide’s selection committee will tonight pick a squad of 29 to prepare for Saturday night’s NAB Cup opener against Geelong at Telstra Dome.  This will be reduced to a travelling party of 27.
