Friday night’s much-anticipated clash between Adelaide and Geelong is officially a sell-out.
Crows and Cats supporters snapped up the last few remaining tickets on Wednesday night.
Fans can still gain entry to Friday night’s blockbuster, as well as two other Adelaide home games, by becoming a Bronze GA Member. Find out more
Existing Bronze or GA Members can attend the match by swiping their 2016 membership card at the gate. The Club encourages GA Members to arrive early as entry is subject to capacity. Gates open at 5:15pm ahead of the 7:20pm start. Read our Game Day guide
It will be the third time – from four home games – this season the Crows will play in front of a sold-out Adelaide Oval crowd. The Crows have averaged 50,113 fans at home matches in 2016, second only to Collingwood (66,406) in the competition.
Adelaide and Geelong will be looking to set a crowd record this week. Currently, the current biggest attendance for a game between the Crows and Geelong stands at 46,543. This turn-out was achieved at Football Park way back in Round 23, 1992.
At the Club’s last home game in Round Six, Adelaide and Fremantle set a new record for the biggest home and away crowd the Dockers have ever played in front of – 47,423.
