A win at home against West Coast would deliver Adelaide its first taste of finals footy since the 2012 preliminary final, but the Eagles are irresistible at the moment. They obliterated the season's sweethearts the Western Bulldogs last week, showcasing the club's awesome strength in the process. The Crows are also quite capable of booting massive scores, though, and if their side clicks like it has over the past fortnight an upset is in the realms of possibility. There's plenty for West Coast to play for as well – a win would, at least temporarily, give the Eagles top spot.

THE SIX POINTS
1. West Coast set up its win over Adelaide earlier this season with eight unanswered goals in the second quarter and seven goals to three in the final term. The Eagles had 453 disposals to 331 and took the ball inside 50 73 times to 37.

2. The Crows are the number one clearance side in 2015, averaging 42.3 a game, while the Eagles are fifth with 40.2 a game.

3. West Coast enjoys a perfect record at Adelaide Oval so far, winning twice from two visits. It defeated Adelaide in 2014 and Port Adelaide earlier this season.

4. Both sides have been strong scorers in 2015. West Coast is ranked second for points per game with 106; Adelaide is fourth with exactly 100 points a game.

5. The Crows are the second-best contested possession side in 2015, averaging 144.3 a game, but the Eagles aren’t far behind, ranked third averaging 140.7.

6. West Coast's incredible season is all the more remarkable considering it doesn't have a single player ranked inside the top 10 of the Official AFL Player Ratings. Adelaide has three (Patrick Dangerfield, Rory Sloane, Sam Jacobs).

IT'S A BIG WEEK FOR …Daniel Talia He seemed to have Josh Kennedy's measure in Round 19 last year before he was injured, leaving Kennedy to boot five goals. The Eagle's in breathtaking form…Talia's got a huge job.
