Members yet to receive their membership cards and without an E ticket should visit the Club's Member Services Centre to gain access to today's NAB Challenge game against Port Adelaide.
Substitute tickets will be made available to eligible ticketed members. The Member Services Centre will be open from 12.30pm on game day.
It is expected that all members, except newly-joined or late-paying members, will receive their cards by next week.
