10 – There are 10 left-footers at West Lakes: Matt Crouch, Mitch Grigg, Troy Menzel, Sam Shaw, Rory Atkins, Jake Kelly, Luke Lowden, Harrison Wigg and rookies Hugh Greenwood and Alex Keath
24 – Victorians make up nearly half of Adelaide’s current squad. Of the 46 players, 24 hail from the state. There are 15 South Australians on the list; three from WA, two from NSW and one each from Tasmania and the NT
8 – Crows started their AFL careers as rookies: Sam Jacobs, Ricky Henderson, Rory Laird, Matthew Jaensch, Josh Jenkins, Charlie Cameron, Kyle Hartigan and Jake Kelly
10 – Players joined the Club via direct trades from other clubs. They are Sam Jacobs, Tom Lynch, Scott Thompson, Josh Jenkins, Kyle Cheney, Curtly Hampton, Paul Seedsman, Troy Menzel, Luke Lowden and Dean Gore. Brad Crouch and Luke Brown also became Crows as part of a deal with Greater Western Sydney, while Eddie Betts was a Free Agent from Carlton
9 – The Crows have nine players selected between picks 11 -20 in the AFL National Draft, and are the only team without a top 10 draftee on their list
3 – Three Crows are ranked as ‘Elite’ according to Champion Data: Eddie Betts, Rory Sloane and Brodie Smith. Elite means a player is in the top 10 per cent in his respective position
16 – The Crows are ranked 16th in the AFL for height at an average of 187.4cm per player, not including their rookie list which includes five players over 190cm and two in excess of 200cm
11 – The Crows are ranked 11th in average age and games played ahead of the 2016 season
30 – As of the start of the AFL Premiership Season, Scott Thompson is the only player over 30 (32) on Adelaide’s list. Thompson is also the most experienced Crow with 285 AFL games under his belt
3 – There are only two other 200-game players at West Lakes; Eddie Betts (229) and Nathan van Berlo (202). Adelaide has 11 players in the 50-99 game bracket, above the AFL average
12 – Crows are yet to make their AFL debut; Mitch McGovern, Harrison Wigg, Harry Dear, Reilly O’Brien, Keenan Ramsey and off-season recruits Dean Gore, Tom Doedee, Wayne Milera, Jono Beech, Paul Hunter, Hugh Greenwood and Alex Keath
206 – Forward/ruckman Luke Lowden is the tallest player at West Lakes (206cm) edging out Sam Jacobs (202cm) and Reilly O’Brien (201cm)
172 – All Australian forward Eddie Betts is the shortest, standing at a mere 172cm
18 – Adelaide’s first pick in last year’s AFL National Draft, Wayne Milera Junior, is the youngest Crow. Milera Junior turned 18 on September 14
404 – Betts is also the leading AFL goalkicker on Adelaide’s list. The fan favourite has kicked 404 career goals, including 114 in two seasons with the Crows. Captain Taylor Walker has slotted 256 – ranked seventh all-time at the Club
$538,000 – Scott Thompson will start the season as Adelaide’s most expensive AFL Fantasy player just ahead of Sam Jacobs at $533,000
75 – Jacobs will start the 2016 season with the longest streak of consecutive games at West Lakes. Jacobs has played 75 straight games, last missing in Round 18, 2012
