Adelaide has recalled Jason Porplyzia, Bernie Vince and Kurt Tippett for Saturday’s crucial round 22 clash with the Western Bulldogs at AAMI Stadium.

They have replaced Brent Reilly, Brad Moran and Patrick Dangerfield.

Reilly and Moran have been listed as emergencies, along with Bryce Campbell.

Porplyzia has not played since suffering brain bruising against Carlton on August 2 while Vince has missed two weeks with a hamstring strain. First-year forward/ruckman Tippett has not played for the Crows since round 17.

Saturday’s clash with the Bulldogs is one of several matches in the last round which will decide the shape of the finals, with Adelaide set to finish anywhere between fourth and eighth.

The top three teams - Geelong, Hawthorn and the Western Bulldogs – are secure. But the rest of the places in the top eight will be sorted this weekend and will not be finalised until the last game of the minor round between St Kilda and Essendon late on Sunday afternoon.

Adelaide will finish …

Fourth: If the Crows defeat the Bulldogs; North Melbourne lose to Port; and Collingwood lose to Fremantle.
Fifth: If the Crows defeat the Bulldogs; and either North Melbourne or Collingwood lose.
Sixth: If the Crows defeat the Bulldogs; and North Melbourne and Collingwood win.
Seventh: If the Crows lose to the Bulldogs; and either St Kilda or Sydney win (against Essendon and Brisbane).
Eighth: If the Crows lose to the Bulldogs; and both St Kilda and Sydney win.
