The Crows will play three home games in Adelaide and one in Darwin in the inaugural NAB AFL Women’s Competition next year.
Adelaide’s debut season opens on Saturday, February 4, with a twilight match against GWS Giants at Thebarton Oval.
The Crows then host Carlton at Thebarton Oval on Sunday, February 19, and take on the Brisbane Lions at Norwood Oval on Saturday, March 4.
As the team is in partnership with AFLNT, the Club also has a Darwin game in Round Six against Melbourne, to be played at TIO Stadium on Saturday, March 11.
Adelaide will travel to Melbourne twice during the season – in Round Two to meet the Western Bulldogs at VU Whitten Oval and in the final round against Collingwood at Olympic Park Oval.
The team’s other away game is in Round Four when it travels to Western Australia to meet Fremantle at Fremantle Oval in a Sunday twilight match.
The Crows, who played an internal trial during a training camp in Adelaide last weekend, will also play a trial match against Fremantle in Darwin on Saturday, January 14.
Entry into all matches will be free. Fans will be able to watch every game of the Crows’ inaugural AFLW season live. Foxtel and the Seven Network have struck a two-year broadcast deal which will see all 28 minor round AFLW matches shown live via pay and free-to-air television.
As part of the arrangement, Seven will endeavour to broadcast all Crows matches in South Australia, excluding the opening round, on either its primary channel or 7Mate.
The top two teams will play in a Grand Final on the last weekend in March.
