Crows fans have the opportunity to snap up a block of land and support the work of the Crows Children’s Foundation at the same time, thanks to the Club’s Corporate Partner Burke Urban.
The boutique property developer is donating the proceeds from the sale of an allotment of land at its premier Adelaide Hills residential development, Newenham, to the Crows Children’s Foundation.
It is the fourth land donation Burke Urban has made to the Foundation, which supports children in need through health, education and welfare programs.
Crows players David Mackay and Ebony Marinoff visited Newenham to see the development and take a clinic for junior football fans earlier this year.
Burke Urban Managing Director Kym Burke has been a passionate supporter of the Club since its inception in 1990 and said he believed it was important to give back to the community.
“We are proud to be donating all proceeds of the sale of Lot 6 Reid Road in Newenham, and are humbled by the thought of helping those most in need through the great work of the Crows Children’s Foundation,” he said.
“As passionate advocates for enriching the health, happiness and wellbeing of our community, we feel this is a perfect match, not only for Newenham and Burke Urban, but for our future residents too.”
The block of land for sale – Lot 6 Reid Road – is situated in a picturesque, tree lined location in Newenham’s Botanic Release.
The prime corner allotment of 621 square metres has a frontage of 20.2 metres and is located directly across the road from a peaceful reserve.
The option is to buy land only, or to take up the house and land package. Either way, all the proceeds from the purchase of this allotment will go to the Crows Children’s Foundation.
