Adelaide has recalled 19-year-old forward Myles Poholke for Sunday’s clash with Fremantle at Optus Stadium.

Poholke's inclusion is one of two changes to the Crows’ Round 12 side, with the Sorrento junior joining captain Taylor Walker on the flight west after the skipper was declared a certain starter on Thursday.

Poholke made his AFL debut against the Sydney Swans in Round Five and has played five senior games so far this season.

Forward Tom Lynch and All Australian defender Rory Laird were confirmed outs on Thursday due to minor injuries.

Jordan Gallucci, Andy Otten, Patrick Wilson and Reilly O’Brien have been named as emergencies.
