Adelaide will need a plan in place to stop All Australian ruckman Brodie Grundy, co-captain Taylor Walker has said.
Speaking on Triple M’s Roo & Ditts, Walker labelled Grundy “one of the best players in the competition” ahead of the Round 22 clash on Saturday afternoon.
“He’s very important to their team,” Walker said.
“He’ll be up there in the Brownlow Medal - his tap work, the way he gets around the ground, his ball take on the ground and in the air...
“He’s going to be tough… we’re going to have to have a plan for him.”

Walker also discussed the Eddie Betts trade rumours circulating this week and said he hoped the mercurial forward would remain a Crow.
“He still has a year left on his contract,” Walker said.
“This is the first I’ve heard of it (and) I’d be very surprised if he left.
“I’m not going to ask him about a contract or what he’s been offered… I think it’s rude for me to ask that directly to a person.
“It’s up to Eddie and the club, (but) personally I’d love to keep him for as long as we can.”
WALKER NOMINATED: Co-captain impresses with West Coast goal
Sam Jacobs’ name was also thrown into the trade rumours with a move to Greater Western Sydney.
Walker refused to be drawn on speculation and instead offered a tongue-in-cheek response.
“I’m going as well, we’re all going,” Walker said sarcastically.
Adelaide suffered a 10-point loss to West Coast on Sunday but drew praise for its hard-fought effort in Perth.
The Crows will take on Collingwood on Saturday afternoon in a must-win match.
