For Smoothie Diaries this week, forward Eloise Jones has shared her go-to smoothie recipe.
The 19-year-old called her smoothie 'Purple Gains' in reference to it's high-carb nature and her love for berries.
She said it was the recipe she reaches for when she finishes a weights session.

Ingredients:
200ml of milk
3 tablespoons of low fat yoghurt
1 scoop of protein
1 cup of berries
½ cup of oats
½ cup of ice
Method:
Throw it all into a blender and press go!
