Crows GM of Football Administration Phil Harper said:
“Caitlin really came out of nowhere this year,” Harper said.
“She wasn’t as tall as some of rucks she came up against, but she competed so strongly that she beat most of them.
“Caitlin is still new to the game and, like all of our draftees, has a lot to learn but we love the way she goes about it.
“Caitlin has been part of a professional environment before with volleyball and we think she has the potential to improve really quickly.”
