Crows midfielder Scott Thompson has polled his third set of top votes in the AFL Coaches Association Player of the Year.
Thompson, who was judged best afield by both senior coaches in Saturday’s game at AAMI Stadium, has received votes in five of the first seven rounds.
He is now ranked in equal fifth place overall, six votes behind early pacesetter Josh Kennedy (Sydney).
Adelaide defender Brent Reilly was awarded seven votes and five other Crows picked up votes in the 50-point win.
