Adelaide midfielder Brad Crouch is crediting his fitness as the driving force behind a resurgent 2019 season.
The 25-year-old is polling career-best numbers - including 30.5 touches per game - and is yet to miss a match this year after an injury-plagued 2018.
Against the Suns on Saturday night, Crouch even laid a club-record 16 tackles in a single match.
“At the moment, I’m feeling awesome,” Crouch told Triple M’s The Rush Hour.
“It’s just good to have a good run at it… I’ve felt good the whole season.
“Even when I did play in 2017, I had groin issues.
“You struggle to enjoy footy when you’re not playing as well because you’re hurt.”
PERFECT MIX: Hart talks Adelaide's small forward trio
The Crows marched home to a 95-point win against the Suns, thanks in part to strong outings from Crouch, Rory Atkins and Eddie Betts.
“We wanted to get our ball movement back, which I think we did well,” Crouch said.
“We’re still very hard to defend when we get the ball going fast.
“When we played our best footy a few years ago, that was the number one thing for us.”

Small forward Tyson Stengle made his debut for the Club and booted three goals playing alongside veteran Betts.
“He didn’t look out of place at all,” Crouch said.
“He’s been playing a lot of good footy in the SANFL so it was good to see him get his chance.”
