Adelaide will welcome a 12th member to its 250-game club this weekend, as defender Rory Laird notches up the milestone in our Round Three clash against the Kangaroos.
A journey which began in the 2011 Rookie Draft, the South Australian quickly became a staple in the Crows’ line-up, with his professionalism and determination helping him become one of the competition’s most consistent performers over the past decade.
Across his 249-game career to date, Laird has won three Malcolm Blight Medals (Adelaide’s Best-and-Fairest award), been included in the All Australian squad six times and made the final team on two occasions.
Ahead of his milestone, we went back through the archives and picked 10 of our favourite Lairdy performances.
