A trio of young Crows have been named in this year’s AFL Players’ Association (AFLPA) 22Under22 Squad.
Forward Josh Rachele, midfielder Jake Soligo and defender Max Michalanney feature in the 40-man squad, which the AFLPA announced on Thursday.
Rachele, who has averaged 14.6 disposals and kicked 27 goals across 20 games, was named in the squad for a second, consecutive year.
Soligo has played all 20 matches so far this season, averaging 22.2 possessions, 9.5 contested, and 4.2 clearances.
Michalanney, meanwhile, has averaged 14.9 disposals, 10.8 pressure acts and four intercepts a game.
The AFLPA’s 22Under22 is fan voted and recognises the best 22 players aged under 22 during the minor round.
For a player to be eligible, they must have played 50 per cent of the home and away season.
Voting closes on August 14, with the final team announced on August 21.
