Three-time Premiership player Stevie-Lee Thompson will continue her career with the Crows after signing a one-year contract extension.

The new deal will ensure the inaugural Crow remains at West Lakes until at least the end of 2025.

The 32-year-old has been a consistent and reliable performer over 74 games.

She was named in the 2019 All-Australian team and won the league’s leading goalkicker award the same year.
“Stevie-Lee is a versatile player who can play across all three lines and knows what it takes to perform in big games,” Head of Women’s Football Phil Harper said.

“She’s an important player and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our side.

“She’s been a valuable member of our team since 2017 and we are really pleased she will continue her career with us.”

Thompson said she “wouldn’t want to be anywhere else”.

“I’ve been here since day one and to have the opportunity to play another year in the guernsey is a great feeling,” Thompson said.

“I love this Club, and I know I can’t be here forever but I’m lucky enough that the Club wanted me around for another year.

“It’s been amazing to see the growth we’ve experienced since 2017 and I’m really looking forward to what we can do this year.”
