Defender Phil Davis may be available for selection for the clash against St Kilda at AAMI Stadium on Saturday night.
Davis trained on the weekend and will look to complete both sessions this week to be available.
Matthew Jaensch, who suffered a corked thigh in Saturday night’s loss to Carlton, will train this week and is likely to be available for selection.
Brad Symes will see a specialist on Wednesday to assess scans of his broken nose before making a decision on when he can train. Brad Moran hurt his hamstring last week at training and will miss one or two weeks.
Scott Stevens is continuing to be assessed and will be rested and not train this week to give himself the best chance of recovering.
Scans cleared Jared Petrenko (sore foot) of any damage and he trained on the weekend and is hopeful of a return to the SANFL in the next week or two.
Rory Sloane (thumb/jaw) is still on track for a round seven return and will increase his training workload.
Sam Shaw (hamstring) will train with the main group this week and may be available for the SANFL in a week or two.
Adelaide has an open training session at AAMI Stadium on Tuesday from 5.30pm and then a closed session on Thursday at AAMI Stadium. The team will also have a light run on Friday at 9.45am.
