Adelaide has wished forward Shane McAdam all the best for the next chapter of his career after finalising a trade with Melbourne today.
McAdam joins the Demons in exchange for Melbourne’s second round pick in the 2024 national draft.
The 28-year-old played 50 games for the Crows in five seasons since arriving at West Lakes in 2018.
“Shane has been a valuable and popular member of our team in his time at the Club and we wish him well for the future,” Crows GM List Management and Strategy Justin Reid said.
“Securing a future second round selection for him further strengthens our draft hand moving forward.”
Adelaide currently holds Picks 10, 14 and 20 in next month’s National Draft.
