The deal will see the Crows send pick No.40 to Richmond in exchange for Graham and the Tigers’ No.50 pick.
Graham, 25, played 48 games in six years at Richmond but only one this season, prompting his decision to seek an opportunity at Adelaide.
Adelaide List Manager David Noble said: “The acquisition of Angus will help the Club bolster its ruck stocks and provide important support for lead ruckman Sam Jacobs.
“Angus has played some high level football at Richmond and is very excited at the opportunity to move interstate and join a Club which is in an exciting phase, playing finals football.”

Originally selected with pick No.5 in the 2006 Rookie Draft, the 201cm, 102kg, ruckman made his AFL debut against Geelong in Round 18, 2007. The Tasmanian-born tall established his place in the Richmond team in 2009, playing 16 games.
Graham added another 29 matches to his career tally across 2010-11, averaging 10.5 possessions and 21.4 hit-outs. He also provided a contest at ground level, averaging over four tackles a game.
The former Calder Cannons junior and Assumption College graduate will add to Adelaide’s ruck division, which includes All-Australian nominee Jacobs and pinch-hitters Shaun McKernan and Josh Jenkins.
The Crows identified a ruckman as a priority in the trade period following the departures of Kurt Tippett and Ivan Maric in the past two years.
