Adelaide AFLW Captain Chelsea Randall and two-time Premiership defender Marijana Rajcic have announced they are expecting their first baby.

The pair revealed to players and coaches in a team meeting on Wednesday night that recently retired Rajcic is pregnant.

Randall and Rajcic then announced the news to the public in a joint Instagram post on Thursday night.

The exciting news comes a month after Rajcic asked Randall to marry her.

Randall is currently working as an assistant within the men’s coaching group and will start pre-season for the 2023 season in the coming months.

Rajcic, meanwhile, hung up her AFLW boots at the end of last season after 50 games and two Premierships.
