Scott Stevens will be unavailable to play this weekend.

The Adelaide defender trained this morning but later felt unwell and therefore he will not train on Thursday or play against Carlton on Saturday night.

Crows football operations general manager Phil Harper said Stevens’ welfare was the Club’s priority.

“It will continue to be a week-by-week situation with Scott,” Harper said. “We are not sure when he will be able to return to full training but he will continue to work through the symptoms with the medical staff.”

Stevens played against Fremantle in round three but pulled out of last week’s clash with Port Adelaide after training on Thursday.
