Adelaide will make two changes ahead of its Round 10 match against St Kilda at RSEA Park on Saturday.
Utility Zoe Prowse returns to the side for the first time since Round Three, while midfielder/defender Hannah Button is also an inclusion.
Defender Amber Ward and youngster Brooke Tonon have been omitted.
Tonon, Keely Kustermann and Marijana Rajcic have been named as the emergencies.
The match will mark a milestone for two-time premiership winger Eloise Jones, who will notch her 50th match.
Crows AFLW Senior Coach Matthew Clarke said Prowse had impressed at training and in match sim games, proving she deserved a spot in the side.
"Zoe has worked really hard over the past few months at training and we think she can certainly add a lot to the team,” Clarke said.
"We are excited to have her back in the team and look forward to getting out there on Saturday."
Adelaide has qualified for the upcoming finals series, which has a top-eight format for the first time since the competition started in 2017.
A win against the Saints would secure a top-four finish and a double chance in the finals, while a loss could lead to the Crows dropping as low as seventh.
Adelaide plays St Kilda at RSEA Park, Victoria, on Saturday, with the first bounce at 2.40pm (ACDT).
