Adelaide is confident out-of-contract midfielder Brad Crouch is ''here to stay''.
The 22-year-old Victorian has returned to form in recent weeks after being dropped to the SANFL earlier in the season.
Crouch has been the subject of trade speculation, with several clubs likely to be interested in his services.
After last week retaining key forward Josh Jenkins on a five-year deal, Adelaide's Head of Football David Noble said discussions with Crouch were ongoing.
"We know where Brad is at, we're in constant dialogue and we're comfortable where things are at this point in time,'' Noble told reporters on Wednesday.
"It's really difficult to put a timeframe on it and we don't comment publicly on putting timeframes on those things.
"As I said, we're comfortable and we believe he's here to stay."
Crouch struggled with injury at the start of the season, playing four of the first eight games before being dropped after collecting just 14 possessions in the Round Eight loss to Geelong.
A string of strong games in the SANFL resulted in Crouch regaining his place in the side for the Round 14 victory against North Melbourne.
Since then, he has averaged 25 disposals and 8.4 tackles in his past five games.
Crouch has played 34 games for the Crows since he was taken with the second pick in the 2011 mini-draft as a 17-year-old.
He debuted in 2013 and was the runner-up for the NAB Rising Star award that year behind Gold Coast's Jaeger O'Meara.
Crouch's younger brother Matt is signed with the Crows until the end of 2018.
