Jake Soligo is halfway through his first week at West Lakes after the Crows selected him with pick No.36 at the AFL National Draft on Thursday.

Soligo is the youngest of three siblings, on his day off, you’ll find Soligo relaxing at the beach and Bali is his favourite holiday destination.

 To help you get to know him better, the young midfielder/forward has answered 15 questions from food and holidays to a game-day superstition.

1. What's your favourite cheat meal?

Hot cinnamon donuts

2. Where’s your favourite place to holiday?

Bali - I have been to Bali a few times with the family and I like to go to the beach, go for surfs and take a look at all the sights.

3. Where would you like to travel – somewhere you haven’t been before – when the    world opens up?

 I’d like to travel to Europe, maybe the Greek Islands, that would be pretty cool.

4. What’s your favourite sport?

Basketball. I used to play a little bit of basketball as a kid and I played a little bit of baseball as well.

5. Do you have a favourite athlete?

LeBron James

 6. What’s the best sporting event you’ve been to?

I’d have to say the 2014 AFL Grand Final that Hawthorn won. I was a Hawks supporter growing up.

7. How many siblings do you have, if any? Brothers, sisters?

I have an older brother called Nathan, he’s 23, and a sister called Rochelle and she’s 25.

8. What’s one thing you can’t live without?

It’s a hard question, but I’d probably have to say my phone.

9. Do you have a nickname? If so, what is it?

Most people at school called me Soli or just Soligo.

10. Do you prefer winter or summer and why?

Definitely summer because it’s always nice weather and you can go down to the beach and enjoy it.

11. What’s your favourite social media platform and why?

I’d say Instagram because it’s a bit of fun, scrolling through and having a look at what everyone is doing.

12. What do you like to do on your day off?

Hang out with family and friends and go down to the beach.

13. Chocolate or lollies and why?

Lollies - I like Snakes.

14. If you won $10 million, what would be the first thing you buy?

I reckon I’d buy a white or yellow Lamborghini.

15. What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?

I try to wear the same undies every game day, but other than that, nothing really.
